One-on-one abortion processing sessions
These sessions are designed to support women through abortion with presence, compassion, and grounded care. This is a space where your experience is honored without judgment, urgency, or expectation, and where your emotional, physical, and spiritual needs are held with respect.
Together, we tend to the body, heart, and nervous system, creating space for grounding, processing, and gentle integration. Whether you are preparing for an abortion or moving through the days following, these sessions offer support through one of life’s most tender transitions.
Through a blend of intuitive and restorative modalities, we focus on comfort, regulation, and care, helping you feel supported, steady, and not alone.
Each session may include:
-
Yoga & Intuitive Movement — to open and create space within the body, hips, and pelvis.
-
Emotional Release Techniques — to gently process and release fear, feelings, and past trauma.
-
Guided Breathwork — learning to breathe deeply and freely (even make some noise!) as you prepare for contractions and pushing.
-
Stress-Relief Scalp Massage & Energy Work — grounding and clearing through touch and energy on the head, face, neck, shoulders, and arms.
-
Intuitive Guidance — mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual support to help you stay connected to your highest self.
-
Sacred Self-Care Space Creation — designing a calm, nourishing environment to support your pregnancy journey.
-
Crystal Sound Bowl Therapy — using sound vibration to restore balance, relaxation, and energetic harmony.
Sessions take place in your home or mine, creating a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment where you can feel deeply supported and at ease in your body—opening space for new patterns of trust to form.
