This two-hour in-home or hotel experience is designed to help your body fully unwind and reset. The session begins with slow flow yoga and gentle breathwork to open the body, soften tension, and guide your system out of stress mode and into a state of ease. From there, the experience transitions into a restorative nervous system turn-down. Melissa creates a calming, grounded environment and offers slow, intuitive bodywork focused on the scalp, shoulders, arms, hands, feet, and calves. The rhythm is quiet and steady, allowing your nervous system to settle naturally, without effort or instruction. Optional enhancements such as aromatherapy, vibrational sound therapy, tea service, and bath salts can be added to extend the sense of regulation well into your evening. This is not about indulgence. It is about regulation, restoration, and giving your nervous system a place to land.
